The contract is concluded between the client and Luxurytrends.ch. Luxurytrends.ch is hereinafter referred to as the contractor. The following provisions apply exclusively to banner advertising on Luxurytrends.ch. The content of the contract is the provision of space for the purpose of advertising on the websites of Luxurytrends.ch.

2. Conclusion of contract
The contract comes into effect through an express declaration of acceptance by the contractor. The order is confirmed by email.

3. Contract Term
The contract period can be determined by the client himself. The minimum term is one month. The advertising duration is measured in months.

4. Prices
The prices in the price list valid at the time the contract is concluded apply, plus sales tax.

5. Terms of Payment
The amount is due as soon as the contractor sends the client an invoice. This takes place after the conclusion of the contract. The amount must then be transferred immediately to Luxurytrends.ch.
The advertisement will only be displayed on Luxurytrends.ch after receipt of the amount due.

6. Advertising Restrictions
The client guarantees the legality of the advertising. This is based on German law. In particular, the advertising must not violate criminal law.
The contractor reserves the right to block or remove advertising that violates this provision, without the claim for payment of the fee being lost or other claims arising from the client.

7. Order Processing
The client delivers the advertising in accordance with the technical specifications communicated by the contractor. The client ensures that the advertising is free of computer viruses and other harmful program codes.
The placement of the advertising takes place within the framework of what has been contractually agreed.
The client is obligated to immediately check the advertising placed on www.Luxurytrends.ch and to report errors in writing within three working days after the first placement, otherwise the advertising is deemed to have been accepted.
Subsequent changes are only possible after written agreement.

8. Rights to Advertising
The customer guarantees that he is the owner of all rights of use, ancillary copyright and other rights that are necessary for the execution of this contract. Otherwise, the parties are only liable to each other for intent and gross negligence. However, this does not apply to injury to life, limb, health or an essential contractual obligation.
10. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of the contract be ineffective, this will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.

By exchanging links, both link partners undertake to link to the other on their website.
A link partnership is absolutely non-binding and can be terminated by either party at any time.
