Learn relaxation techniques (yoga, chi gong, tai chi)

Focus on positive goals, for example, climbing a mountain "I want to go up there"! Or just hang up a strong poster/picture. Think: faith moves mountains.

Mindfulness: Mindfulness helps to be in the moment and avoid negative thoughts.
Identification of weaknesses and mistakes: Accept that you are not perfect and learn from mistakes, no one has to be ashamed of mistakes made, stupid is only those who do not learn from them.
Focus on strengths: Focus on your strengths and skills to build confidence and motivation.
Set and pursue goals: Clear goals and strong commitment help to motivate yourself and tackle challenges.
Social support: Solidarity with others can provide support and stability in difficult times.
Healthy lifestyle: Getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and exercising all contribute to improved mental health.
Reflect and learn: Take time for reflection and learn from experience to better deal with challenges in the future.
Self-care: Pay attention to your needs and treat yourself to something that brings you joy regularly.
Question negative thoughts: If you have negative thoughts, question their validity and try to turn them into positive ones.
Build confidence: Believe in your abilities and in your ability to overcome challenges.
By regularly using these techniques and strategies, you can train your mental strength and improve your resilience to stress and difficult situations.
